Inspired by conversations with colleagues in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Over-the-counter (OTC) health and wellness brands, this paper was born. The objective of the paper is to use research-based insights to develop recommendations to protect young people from viral materials on social media platforms that contain dangerous misuse of OTC/CPG products, especially viral videos.
